Blue bin delivery delay (28th Sept-2nd Oct)

Due to an unexpected manufacturing issue with a third-party partner, larger blue bins that were scheduled for delivery during the weeks of 28th September to the 9th October have been delayed. 

Residents who were expecting a blue bin delivery and did not receive one between these dates will now have a later delivery date. We apologise for the delay and any inconvenience this may cause.

We will now be delivering larger blue bins between 23rd November and 4th December. 

Until then, we ask residents to please return their current, small blue bin to their properties, and continue using it as normal to recycle paper and card until this date.

In order for us to deliver a new bin, residents will need to put their existing blue bin out for collection on their normal collection day. The week before, we will place a tag on your black bin to remind you to put your blue bin out the following week.  

Our crews will empty and swap the existing blue bin for a larger blue bin.
